    These prices include :
    • Full access to the conference including plenaries, session, social program except gala dinner and post-tour in option)
    • Coffee breaks
    • Free Access to Cité de l’espace  (Exhibitions, Shows, Gardens… from 10a.m to 5p.m every day of CAP24 Conference)
    • For the online attendees : access to the online platform, with full access to the conference, including plenaries and sessions.
     
    Please note that if your pre registration is not completed by the end of the early bird date, you will be charged the Normal Rate.
     

    CANCELLATION FEES

     
    • Cancellation until 2 months prior the event : 50% will be charged
    • Cancellation  between 25/04/2024 and the beginnig of the congress : no refund
